4. Orders and Payment

Gladdix Peptides ships research compounds in protective packaging designed to maintain compound integrity during transit. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the carrier or customs authorities. It is your responsibility to ensure that importation of purchased compounds is lawful in your jurisdiction.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any products once shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gladdixpeptides.com with photographic evidence and we will work to resolve the issue at our discretion.
